The delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the product:

  • Photo frames, floating frames, puzzle frames, poster frames, poster hangers and mounts are usually in stock. For these products, the delivery times shown in the table below apply.

  • Posters, artworks and photo wallpapers: If the product is marked as in stock, the delivery times from the table below also apply. If the product is not in stock, an alternative estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page.

    We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Adjusted delivery times during public holidays
Below is an overview of adjusted order processing and delivery times during UK public holidays. On these days, no orders will be processed and no deliveries will be made by DPD.

  • Friday, 3 April 2026 — Good Friday
  • Monday, 6 April 2026 — Easter Monday

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form (download form), but this is not obligatory.

You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns of custom-made products
Products purchased via “custom photo frames” from Your Decoration are made according to your specifications. The right to cancel does not apply in this case. The sale becomes final once payment has been successfully completed.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision.

If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.
